Hot Flash Balloon_Did You Know?
There are 58 million women aged 50+ in the USA.
75% of them will experience hot flashes.
On average, women will have hot flashes or night sweats for about 7 years. While others can have them for 10 years or more.
Some believe hot flashes may be related to changes in circulation. Hot flashes start when blood vessels near the skin's surface widen to cool off, causing women to sweat.
